Nylon Twine Production
A net's life begins with its twine. We do not buy our nylon twine from outside; we produce it on our own twisting line. That way we control the count, the twist and the quality from the very start.
Preparation on the Creel
The twine bobbins are lined up on the creels and made ready to feed the loom. Feeding hundreds of bobbins at equal tension is what makes every mesh of the net come out the same.
Weaving on Japanese Looms
Our nets are woven on original Japanese Toyo and Amita looms. These machines deliver a regular mesh structure and balanced weave tension; mesh size and depth are set according to your order.
Heat Setting and Rigging
The woven net is heat-set against knot slippage , the fisherman's biggest problem, so the net holds its shape and mesh at sea. For customers who want it, float and lead rigging is done in our workshop too — the net arrives ready to cast.
Inspection and Dispatch
Finished nets are inspected, baled and shipped by courier to every corner of Türkiye. Within Istanbul, pick-up from our factory or our Fatih store is also possible.
